Shipping and Order Reception Times
To ensure fast and successful deliveries, we collaborate with professional courier services such as Cargo Expreso, Forza, Yo Llego and Pedidos Ya, covering almost the entire territory of the Republic of Guatemala.
Shipping times are as follows:
- Orders received Monday to Friday before 8:00 a.m.: Same-day delivery in the Capital City and the next day in departmental areas (maximum 72 hours).
- Orders received Monday to Friday after 8:00 a.m.: Next-day delivery in the Capital City and within 24 to 48 hours in departmental areas (maximum 72 hours).
- Orders received between Saturday and Sunday after 8:00 a.m.: Delivery on Monday in the Capital City and within a maximum of 48 hours in departmental areas.
We will do our best to reduce delivery times as much as possible.
Warranty and Refund Policy
