Aletse’s Heat Pack

Aletse’s heat pack: Natural relief, handcrafted, and winner of the National Quality Award

The Aletse’s heat pack is an artisanal product made with 100% cotton fabric and filled with specially treated natural grains and seeds. They retain heat and release relaxing properties to provide natural relief and well-being.

What is it for?

• Menstrual relief: Ideal for cramps, menstrual pain, and stomach discomfort.
• Muscle relief: Perfect for pain caused by stress, intense exercise, or poor posture.
• Joint relief: Helps reduce joint discomfort such as arthritis or bursitis.
• Relief during pregnancy: Provides comfort for lower back and back pain during pregnancy.

How to use

1. Heat it in the microwave for 45 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your appliance's power.
2. If you need more heat, extend the time, but do not exceed 3 minutes.
3. Before applying, check that the temperature is safe to avoid burns—especially if you have diabetes, circulatory issues, or sensitive skin.
4. Place it on the area you need to soothe and enjoy its gentle, comforting heat.

You can use it as often as you like. Just let it cool down before storing.

Care and cleaning

• Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. Do not submerge in water.
• Storage: Store it in its protective bag once cooled.
• Do not cut it or expose it to extreme temperatures outside of the microwave.
